What kind of support does my plan include?

All Shared and Reseller accounts include basic account support.  If you pay for enhanced support (per product addon), that extends the basic support to enhanced support.  If you have a managed VPS, you have fully managed support.

Basic Support:

What we support:

  • The Server and Services
  • LiPanel or cPanel
  • Mail Delivery Issues
  • DNS Resolution Issues

We do not support your website or any issues with your website.  This include any errors your website might have, even when it's 500 Server Error.  That server error is an indication of a problem with Apache and/or PHP not being able to parse or server your website and is typically an issue within your site that you or your developer need to fix.

Email Delivery does not extend to Mail Client Configuration.  If mail delivery works and can be confirmed via Webmail, support for email ends.  You can refer to the KB articles for LiPanel on how to configure your mail client, or the mail configuration settings in cPanel to setup your devices.

Enhanced Support:

  • Wordpress or App Updates
  • If your site is compromised or breaks, we fix it for you

Managed Support:
What we support:

  • Everything in Enhanced Support and:
  • Wordpress Theme and Plugin management
  • Content Changes excluding adding new pages or designs
  • Everything listed here.

Premium Support:
What we support:

  • Everything In Managed Support
  • Priority Support, skip the line and get helped right away
  • Phone support 9-5 CST
