I cannot access my site, or it times out

If you think your IP Address is blocked or you are having troubles accessing your site and the server it is hosted on, follow these simple steps.

1) Login to the Client Area.
2) Click "Serviced & Domains -> Your Services
3) Click the View Details button
4) Click the "Unblock Me Now" button.
5) Wait 15 minutes for the automated process to unblock you from the firewall and try again.
