It is very simple. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our service or we can't provide you with the level of service you require or we promised, you may request to have your account cancelled. If your account is cancelled within 90 days of your initial signup date you may also request a refund. You must use the account cancellation form to cancel your account and submit a ticket for the refund. These are two separate processes.
The refund is only applicable to your first hosting account, additional hosting accounts do not qualify for the refund. If you purchased a domain name it will need to be transferred to a different registrar. If you received a free domain name with your hosting account, a domain registration fee will be charged to transfer your domain. This covers the initial registration of your domain and an administrative fee.
Domain Transfers, Registrations, Windows Hosting, VPS Hosting, Account Addons and service renewals or upgrades are exempt from the money back guarantee. If you have any questions, please feel free to submit a ticket.
Refunds are only available via the original payment method.
