WebDAV / WebDisk and Windows 10

To use WebDav or WebDisk on Windows 10, you can't use the auto configuration script.  Instead, use the manual setup instructions and be sure to add the server's hostname to the Microsoft Edge (formerly Internet Explorer) trusted sites list.  Don't include the port, just the hostname like cpsrv10.lithiumhosting.com.
