Providing you are willing to provide us with your existing control panel details we are able to

*Log in to your old account
*Creating a backup of all files
*Downloading the backup
*Install backup on your Lithium Hosting Account

During this whole process your website stays online due to there being more than one copy. We highly recommend you contact us before you change your DNS records so we can still access your old server.
